Anna Paquin’s True Blood Fitness Style

Anna Paquin, Sookie Stackhouse, Bill ComptonAs Sookie Stackhouse on HBO‘s True Blood, Anna Paquin spends a lot of time either nude, or in short shorts and tight tops.  While it makes wardrobe fittings a breeze, it requires work to maintain a body that can pull that off.  So how do you get a body like Anna’s?  Clay Burwell, Anna’s personal trainer, says that Anna is very athletic and easy going about her fitness routine.  He tells

“She is an incredible athlete who can run ten miles a day, box for over an hour and then do Pilates – all before 11am. She loves exercise, and to her, it’s just fun.”

Anna has revealed that she doesn’t mind the nude scenes on the show but she understands it might be difficult for some people to see her as an adult. She says:

“It’s been a gradual evolution for me. It’s probably weird for people to watch it and if they have this image of me as a sweet little child, but it’s not weird for me. My wardrobe is awesome. I’m practically naked the entire time – what’s not to love?”
