She also said that feeling are like air they are here one minute and poof gone the next.”

She also introduced us to a frat guy from the party she is throwing named bobby from UNL. you can watch the video below or click on the source.

True Blood to be Reduced to 10 Episodes for Season 6!

September 17, 2012

Trubies, What Do You Think of HBO’s Decision?

Hey Trubies; I for one am not happy, with True Blood only being 10 episodes for next season. has posted an article about True Blood being reduced next season. Wetpaint references a TVguide article that you can read here. In the article Alan Ball says:

“[We are] moving production to January to accommodate [Anna’s pregnancy],” but there will also “only be 10 shows next season, partly because of Anna and partly because of the economics.”

About the show in Season 6, he also states:

“There will also be some other characters maybe who we know and love who are pursuing a less than generous agenda,” Alan spilled, also noting that Jason “might be” a danger to all of Bon Temps’ vampires!”

He also had news about Sookie and Alcide possibly rekindling their very brief romance in the next season.

What do you think about Season 6 being only 10 episodes long trubies? Let us know what you think by commenting in comment section below.

Video: True Blood’s Joe Manganiello Dishes on Magic Mike Co-Stars

May 3, 2012

Joe Manganiello Professes to Be Shirtless Poster Boy!

Joe Manganiello as a shirtless AlcideHey Trubies! I know if you like Joe Manganiello (who plays Alcide Herveaux on True Blood) as much as I do then you will love this video interview. PopSugar editor Lindsay Miller spoke with him on the red carpet for the Stuart House Benefit thrown by John Varvatos. Dishing on all the bare chests and his co-stars in his upcoming film, Magic Mike, he shares:

“I have had a lot of practice; in fact I think I’m the poster boy for it I would think at this point… They were all fine, I’m sure McConaughey certainly has had his share. Kevin Nash from the WWE, I mean that guy has spent the past 20 years running around in a Speedo in front of the cameras, so I think they were all right, everybody did all right… Channing Tatum is really down to earth, really funny, really cool, just a great guy. I love Channing and look forward to working with him again.”

Magic Mike is scheduled to hit theaters on June 29. Trubies, let us know what you think of the interview and if you plan on seeing the movie. You can let us know by commenting in the comment section below.

True Blood Nominated for 2012 People’s Choice Awards!

January 10, 2012

Favorite Sci-fi/Fantasy and Drama:

People’s Choice Awards 2012 bannerTruebies, the 38th annual People’s Choice Awards are here, and True Blood is nominated! The two categories are Favorite Sci-fi/Fantasy Show and Favorite Cable TV Drama. The show will air January 11 on CBS at 9 p.m. /8 p.m. CT. You can see the entire list of nominees on the People’s Choice Awards website. True Blood should of course win, and according to, here’s why:

Favorite Cable TV Drama
The nominees are: Dexter, Game Of Thrones, Pretty Little Liars, True Blood, White Collar
The process of elimination is: Pretty Little Liars will capture the teen text-ers. White Collar is the sophisticated grown-up show. Dexter is the darkest of the batch, while Game of Thrones is something that all the quiet people who keep to themselves in the office loved (but they’re busy rewatching all the Lord of the Rings movies so they don’t have time to vote.)
Which means the winner should be: True Blood. This last season wasn’t its best but first, vampires seem to be everywhere these days and second, they can read your thoughts and if you aren’t voting for them, they’ll just compel you to anyway.

I agree, I think True Blood should win both categories. I voted for True Blood in both categories, what about you? Did you vote for True Blood to win people’s choice? Are you planning on watching the awards? What do you think of the list of nominees? Let us know by commenting in the comment section below.
