The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation is holding an Ebay auction for the lucky bidder to receive two tickets to the Primetime Emmy Awards, two tickets to the HBO After Party plus a limo ride.  The evening will start when you and your guest are picked up by a limo provided by Privileged Transportation and are taken to the Nokia Theatre where you will enjoy the awards ceremony.   After the show, the car will take you to the HBO After Party where you will get to walk the red carpet and party with the stars of HBO‘s hit programs like True Blood!

Q. I’ve won the auction! What happens next?
A. A representative of Kompolt will contact the winning bidder via email or phone to congratulate him or her as well as confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in U.S. funds and received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal and bank wire transfer.

Q. Will a receipt be provided?
A. Yes, a receipt for the final bid amount paid will be provided by Kompolt.

Q. Is there sales tax?
Sales tax will not be charged for non-tangible items such as VIP Experiences. Residents of the state of California will pay sales tax of 8.75% for any tangible items purchased.

Q. Is this purchase tax deductible?
Please contact your personal tax advisor for information on this issue.

Q. Delivery information for auction items and/or VIP experiences.
Unless otherwise stated in the auction listing, all items are shipped via Federal Express at the winner’s expense. Winning bidders must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Barring unanticipated circumstances and/or any special fulfillment conditions stated in the above description, the expected delivery time is 3-4 weeks after final payment is received and acknowledged.

International winners are responsible for all shipping fees as well as any/all Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. which may be assessed and due upon delivery of item. Kompolt cannot pre-determine any fees and is not responsible for these additional costs.

VIP Experiences – Kompolt will place the winning bidder in communication with a representative from the The Television Academy Foundation within 24 hours of receipt and confirmation of payment.

Q. Will my item come with a Letter of Authenticity?
Yes, a Letter of Authenticity signed by a representative of Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation will be provided with all tangible items that have been autographed and/or hold collectible value. Non-tangible items such as VIP Experience auctions will not include a Letter of Authenticity.
