Episode 2, I Found You, Gets Two More Video Clips to Tease Fans:
The first one features Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer), Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten), Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell) and Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello). This small group has ventured out to the neighboring town of Saint Alice. A town that is new to fans, but now we know why it is important this season – it was the last town attacked before the Hep-V vampires moved on to Bon Temps! Thanks to Jason and his uncanny ability to ingest and then estimate how old pizza is, we now know just how long ago the town of Saint Alice was attacked:
The second clip features Sookie and Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer). It seems Sookie is in need of Bill’s protection – or his knowledge of whether she is in trouble or not:
So, what do you think will go down in Episode 2 of True Blood’s Season 7? Let us know in the comments below!

True Blood Cast – Past and Present – Walk the Red Carpet:
With only a few days to go until the premiere on HBO of True Blood Season 7, fans are in for a much needed treat: the red carpet premiere event! Trubies around the globe are lamenting the fact this will be the VERY LAST red carpet premiere event. But, with this sadness, there is still excitement. While most fans couldn’t attend the event – even from the sidelines – let TrueBloodNet fill you in on what went down!
While many of the cast members including Anna Paquin (Sookie Stackhouse), Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton), Sam Trammell (Sam), Joe Manganiello (Alcide), Rutina Wesley (Tara), Kristin Bauer van Straten (Pam), Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica), Ryan Kwanten (Jason), and Chris Bauer (Andy) turned up at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, a notable exception was – once again – Alexander Skarsgard (Eric Northman). However, this was to be expected. This is not because HBO are keeping him under tight wraps until his story line is resolved (involving that full frontal suntanning incident in True Blood Season 6), but because his is currently in London for the movie, Tarzan.
ExtraTV was on hand during the premiere event and you can watch their video interviews below:
What I found the most interesting with these videos is something Anna Paquin said: while the story line for True Blood Season 7 has been written, scenes are still being shot – so does this mean that things may change still? Only time will tell!
Something else interesting that popped up during the red carpet event was the appearance of Janina Gavankar and Michael MacMillian. Janina’s character, Luna Garza, died in Season 6, so why was she at the Season 7 event? Perhaps Luna will be one of the characters promised to return this season? Michael’s character, Steve Newlin was another character who didn’t survive Season 6, and with his wife, Sarah Newlin (played by Anna Camp), still alive and kicking could there be more to his story line as well?
As well as posing for pictures, many of the cast posed with a placard displaying the hashtag #TrueToTheEnd – do you think True Blood Season 7 will remain true to the end? Let us know in the comments below!
Finally, you can view all the Twitter and Instagram shots taken during the event by the stars themselves in the photo gallery below.

Promo Stills from the Final Season of HBO’s True Blood Reveal Little:
It’s that exciting time of year when HBO starts releasing all the delicious teasers in relation to the season return of True Blood! This year though it is both exciting and sad as this will be the very last time we get to squeal in excitement at the tasty morsels HBO are throwing our way.
While there are photos of all our faves: Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten), Tara Thornton (Rutina Wesley), Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer), Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell), Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello) and Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer), there is nothing to show for those other faves whose lives hang in the Season 6 finale limbo. Since Brian Buckner confirmed that Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) will be appearing in True Blood Season 7, we have not seen a single glimmer of hope in any of the promotional ephemera released so far. The same thing can be said about Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten).
So, will they live or die in Season 7? And what of the others? What can we glean from the nine released pictures?
Only time will tell! You can view all the images below. Let us know your theories in the comments.

Chris Bauer Discusses Andy’s Future:
As if Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer) hasn’t put up with enough with all of the shenanigans Bon Temps throws at him, he’s left with dealing with four fae daughters at the start of Season 6 of True Blood. Things only seem to be getting worse for the town sherriff, especially after the recent death of three of his ‘young’ ones due to one of our favorite redheaded vampires. Actor Chris Bauer spoke about his specific role this season as a father, incest, and his own Alexander Skarsgard impression.
When asked about the direction Andy is headed in now that recent events have changed things for him, Bauer commented:
“Andy really has to draw a line for himself between power and powerless. And I personally find that line to be one of the most deep and rich veins of humanity. There’s a lot of hubris that goes into thinking you can avenge anything, that you can affect the world in such a way that creates justice. On the other hand, there’s a lot of shame and impotence if you can’t affect your world at all. I think it’s extremely human.”
To add to the sherriff’s plate, Andy must learn how to take care of four ever-growing girls.
How did he deal with the rapid speed of time?:
“We had to discuss how emotionally invested you can get in people in three days. You have to take in that it’s three days in True Blood time, not three days in real time. So I did have to figure out how to manifest a subtle level of realism, because I’ve only known these girls for a few days, which is a slightly different emotional frequency than if they had been 18. But our actual human response to children is a sense of instant bond, instant protection, instant affection, instant concern for their well-being and future. So I just went to that.”
In reality, however, Bauer commented that due to his own “immature” nature, he didn’t speak too much to the many actresses playing his children, but the young ones made him feel right at home as if he were home with his own daughter when she was that young.
“They didn’t understand things like camera direction or how to find the lens, so when you do those scenes with the little teeny girls early on in the season, I would say my line and remind them where to look, remind them what to say, they would have their reaction, and I would say my line, and they would just cut out all my on-camera direction. It was very cute.”
When asked about the ancestral incest found in the show, particularly in his Andy’s storyline with the romatic encounter between Andy’s sister Portia and Bill(Stephen Moyer) (and Bill being Portia’s great-great-great-great grandfather), Bauer agreed that while it’s also confusing, it raises the stakes on his daughters’ attack. The event refocuses one of the show’s original themes of character interaction in a world with very different types of people.
“It’s like two species trying to get along, even though externally we look the same. That’s where all the racism, all the homophobia, all the sexism, all the diminishing-others-for-their-differences comes from. It’s so applicable.”
As for the writing process, the actor said he has not spoken with the writers to pitch ideas. Everyone involved is rarely even together, he said, except for the table reads.
From being a part of these, he has a message for the world:
“The world needs to know that Sam Trammell does a spot-on impression of Alex Skarsgård. Sam is like a character actor in a leading man’s body. It’s ingenious. I’ve tried to do it myself, and I can’t do it. But when Sam does it, it sounds like Eric, and it has this breathy trace of a Swedish accent, you know what I mean? It’s brilliant. I’ve tried to do Joe — I can’t. And it’s not that hard to do Andy. [Laughs.] You just have to growl while you talk.”
We can’t wait to see the rest of Andy’s emotional journey this season!

True Blood Season 6 Half Way Finished-Where Will the Next Episode Take Us?:
We are half way through Season 6 of HBO’s hit show True Blood, and things just keep heating up! The war between vampires and humans continues to escalate, while love and loyalties will continue to be tested. We know that a major character is supposed to die in Season 6, and that it is to happen around the half way point, could Episode 6 be the ending for one our beloved characters?
HBO has released the details of Episode 6 of True Blood:
“Bill (Stephen Moyer) decides to seek out Lillith (Jessica Clark) for advice on handling the escalating human-vampire crisis. Eric (Alexander Skarsgård), Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten), Nora (Lucy Griffiths), Jason (Ryan Kwanten) and Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) get up-close-and-personal looks at the perverse perils of Vamp Camp. Sam (Sam Trammell) comes to a decision he hopes will be in Emma’s (Chloe Noelle) best interest. Andy (Chris Bauer) gives his faerie daughter a name, or two or three or four. Arlene (Carrie Preston) has a solution to Terry’s (Todd Lowe) malaise, and Eric makes a startling discovery”.
This episode is written by Daniel Kenneth and Directed by Howard Deutch.
I can’t help but notice that the main character Sookie Stackhouse(Anna Paquin) and Lafayette Reynolds(Nelsan Ellis) are not mentioned in the Press Release, when we last saw these two Layfayette’s body had been taken over by Sookie’s deceased father, who was trying to drown Sookie…I wonder if this storyline could be the major death plot line…Guess we will have to just wait and see!
Episode 6 aires this Sunday July 21 on HBO at 9:00pm ET/PT.

HBO Teases its Viewers with a 3 Part Preview Here’s #3:
Although we watched almost the entire Faerie population of Bon Temps be wiped out in Episode 3 of True Blood Season 6, thanks to Andy Bellefleur’s (Chris Bauer) naughty entanglement with Maurella(Kristina Anapau) 4 more faerie’s are growing up oh so quickly…unfortunately for these faeries, it appears Billith(Stephen Moyer) and Jessica(Deborah Ann Woll) have their sights on these faeries in order to save the vampire population!

The One Where Ginger the Screamer Returns and Eric Northman gets a New Human:
What went down:
- Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) does bad things to Willa (Amelia Rose Blaire). Well, he would, if security weren’t onto them. So he kidnaps her instead!
- Jason (Ryan Kwanten) is suddenly getting headaches – is it Warlow causing these?
- Sookie (Anna Paquin) gets cranky with Niall (Rutger Hauer) because he thinks she isn’t scared of Warlow
- Willa is either gathering info for her father, or a VERY good liar. It seems she’s Team Vampire – and more so, Team Eric’s Blood when she owns up to the fact her mother kissed a vampire and liked it. She then tries to seduce him in his coffin. Either way, she will make an excellent
hostagenegotiating tool between Eric and Willa’s dad, Governor Burrell (Arliss Howard)
- Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten) and Tara (Rutina Wesley) are annoyed at Eric for taking Willa hostage. Eric spends a great deal of time in this episode yelling at them – am I the only one loving this dynamic?
- Crap – it’s Steve Newlin (Michael McMillian)! He’s been taken to the mysterious ‘camp’ – which turns out to be some sort of
concentration camplaboratory for learning more about vampires
- Oh, and double crap – it’s Steve’s wife, Sarah (Anna Camp). Boy does she have some unresolved break up issues to sort out with Steve! Best scene of the night though.
- Sam (Sam Trammell) gets help from Nicole (Jurnee Smollett-Bell). Which turns out to be a bit of a double-edged sword later on in the episode…
- *SCREAMS* It’s Ginger (Tara Buck)! Who’s glad this ditzy blonde is back? And she’s just as confused as ever. After being coerced into letting Eric, Willa, Pam and Tara into her house, she then proceeds to give them all a place to stay, answers Eric’s phone when she shouldn’t have and then has to side-track the Gov. when Eric’s untraceable phone is miraculously traced. Shit, hope Ginger isn’t the one Brian Buckner was talking about!
- Billith (Stephen Moyer) can walk in the sun – oh look, no he can’t! Was is just me, or was this the funniest scene of the night? Delusional much, Bill?
- Niall pays a visit to Club Fairy – it’s been attacked! Is Ben (Robert Kazinsky) okay? Or am I not the only one who is starting to think that maybe Ben is Warlow? Or at least being glamoured by Warlow? Niall is tasked with sending the only remaining living family back home. Oh, and why is that blood glowing like that? He takes some home to show Sookie and Jason
- Speaking of; Sookie and Jason are having a heart to heart about Jason’s racist ways
- Andy (Chris Bauer) and Holly (Lauren Bowles) get a bit of a look in this week. Oh, and Andy’s fairy kids are now pre-teen – and Billith finds out about them.
- Alcide (Joe Manganiello) lies to the cops about having Emma (Chloe Noelle). So does Rikki (Kelly Overton) and Martha (Dale Dickey). Then Rikki becomes even more unlikeable when she forces Emma to shift into a puppy so the police don’t find her
- Oh look, Sam’s an owl!
- Ben and Niall meet. There’s some wicked talking between the lines going on in that conversation and then Ben pledges his alliance to Team Sookie. So Ben is good? Or is Niall an adherent to the adage ‘keep your friends close, but your enemies closer‘?
- Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) dons a naughty schoolgirl costume and attends the lecture of Hido Takahashi (Keone Young). It seems he can synthesize human blood
- Speaking of blood – Billith wants Sookie’s hybrid human-fairy blood. He thinks it will save the vampires from the sun-meeting vision he had in Episode 2. I guess Andy’s kids are the back-up plan…
- Nicole tries to get the werewolves on her side – it’s no surprise it ends badly. At least it gives Sam a chance to rescue Emma. And remember what I said about the double-edged sword? That comes into play here…
- Tara steals Willa
- Warlow makes an appearance. Oh wait, no, that’s just Nora (Lucy Griffiths)!
- But is Jason dead???????
Did anyone else think Episode 3, You’re No Good, fly by waaaaaaay too quickly? Yeah, me too – can’t WAIT for HBO’s True Blood Episode 4, entitled At Last!

Chris Bauer Talks to ‘The Key (98.3)‘ & ‘Fish in the Morning‘ About True Blood:
Fans of HBO’s True Blood are eagerly awaiting to see how Andy Bellefleur’s parenting skills will pan out in Season 6. For Chris Bauer (the actor who play Andy), it’s just nice not to be playing a bad guy. While he Bauer has had the chance to play bad guys such as a paedophile in The Devil’s Advocate, a prisoner in Face/Off and a union boss associating with the mob in The Wire, he had this to say about having a role on the right side of the law:
You only have to play those guys a couple of times before you know what’s like to be in that skin and then it’s fun to move on to something a little more normal.
he recently told radio station 98.3, The Key.
Speaking of his fantastic performance on The Wire, he also had a chance to speak more about that role to radio station, 93.1, Fish in the Morning.
But it’s the tasty little morsels he dropped about True Blood’s Season 6 that had trubies ears pricked. When the interviewer suggested that Andy’s role has been expanded on by HBO because Bauer is such a good actor, he replied with:
That’s an incredible compliment. I’m just gonna assume that what happened because that makes me feel good.
he told 93.1.
Make sure you check out the full radio interviews below.

Lauren Bowles Has The Answer:
With all the speculation about who will die in True Blood’s Season 6 after Brian Buckner spilled the beans early this month, Truebie fans are starting to panic!
And I don’t blame them – even the least liked main characters have been an integral part of our lives for more than five years now. Many people are speculating over how ‘major’ the major character really is. After all, would HBO kill off Sookie (Anna Paquin), Bill/Billith (Stephen Moyer) or Eric (Alexander Skarsgard)?
It seems the answer is no – or at least not Sookie. Lauren Bowles (who plays Holly Cleary) had this to say to EW.com about the major death occurring in True Blood’s Season 6:
It completely surprised me. There’s not much to say other than it’s completely heartbreaking. It’s heartbreaking. But I really will say it’s one of those that I cried when I read it. Everyone at the table read was crying because in addition to who it is – and by the way, I’m saying that meaning it might be Holly, you don’t know – it truly could be anyone. I think it’s safe to say it’s not Sookie but other than that, it really could be anyone and it is so beautifully done. So it really is heartbreaking.
Well, if it’s not Sookie, who is it then? At the live True Blood Season 6 premiere event, Chris Bauer (Andy Bellefleur) also had this to say about it:
This is a season that takes its toll on the humans, for sure.
So does that mean the major death will be a human character? Well, only time will tell!
You can read the rest of Lauren Bowles interview here.

True Blood’s Season 6 Premiere Kicked Off In a Big Way:
For those of you who may have missed the live social media event hosted by HBO prior to the Season 6 True Blood Premiere, HBO has posted all the Q&A’s on their HBO Connect website! For the first time ever our favourite cast members appeared live on the set of Fangtasia to answer fans burning questions. True Blood’s Season 6 is sure to come with many ups and downs…check out some of my favourite questions, and hit the link to the HBO site for full Q&A details! Or you can check out the actual You Tube video if you have 15 minutes to burn!
Q (For all cast members): Without giving too much away are there any scenes in Season Six that made you cry in real life?
A): This is a season that takes its toll on the humans for sure.
Q(For Alex) 1st Season Eric was evil, then amnesia Eric wasn’t – do you think THIS SEASON’s Eric is a nice mix of the both, or more evil?
A): I’d say the old Eric is pretty much back. But the Amnesia changed him fundamentally, and he’ll always carry that experience within.
Q): Who does the best impression of other characters on True Blood?
A): Chris Bauer: Without a doubt the best mimic on our set, and in my opinion most underrated actor, is Sammy Trammell. If anyone wants to have a conversation with Alexander Skarsgard, and he can’t be there, just have Sam imitate him instead. It’s uncanny.
