I saw episodes of the show before I read the book, we’ve only just finished the first season here in the UK, and I always imagine Stephen Moyer when I read Bill, I struggle imagining Anna Paquin in the role because she is so physically different from Sookie. To my mind Alexander Skarsgard really is Eric, he’s perfect, in looks and as he portrays the character, menacing, but sexy, very nice.

Such a nice comment about Stephen as Bill. I’m not one to develop a detailed picture in my head as I’m reading a book, but Stephen really does embody the Bill I remember reading about (and then some). Though he’s even better looking, of course.
