Star-Studded Games Will be Played Across the Nation

Ryan Kwanten runningRyan Kwanten and his alter ego Jason Stackhouse share more than just insanely defined abs. They both thoroughly enjoy being active to keep that six pack in place and Kwanten can now add capture the flag to his list of athletic abilities. On February 1st Kwanten was on hand at a one of its kind “Capture the Flag” game launched by Diet Coke® and Heidi Klum to help raise awareness and funds for women’s heart health education and research. Two teams faced off at the University of California, Los Angeles’ (UCLA) Drake Stadium to raise funds for two heart health organizations: UCLA Preventative Cardiology Program and the University of California, Davis Women’s Cardiovascular Medicine Program.

February is American Heart Month and Diet Coke® has partnered again with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute to support The Heart Truth® campaign. This year Diet Coke® is asking supporters to visit DietCoke.com/HeartTruth where they can capture flags with a click of the mouse to trigger a donation from Diet Coke®  to heart health programs.

Diet Coke® will be hosting “Capture the Flag” games in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Seattle, and Washington D.C. Through these games, the launch event in Los Angeles, online “Capture the Flag” program, and a special partnership with SUBWAY® restaurants, Diet Coke®  will be donating over $300,000 to local heart health organizations in February.

Kwanten hasn’t revealed whether he’ll be attending any of the other games across the nation, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted about any potential sightings!
