Season Four Starts One Year Later:

True Blood's Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten)Season Four of HBO’s True Blood will pick up one year later, according to Ryan Kwanten, the star who plays Jason Stackhouse.

This means that the cliffhangers involving Sookie and Bill from season three will be well and truly resolved by the time the next season starts. It will be interesting to see which way the cards will fall, and what impact they will have on Bon Temps.

Kwanten also revealed that Jason Stackhouse will be a fully-fledged member of the police force. So now we will just have to wait and see whether Jason looks better with his police uniform on — or off!

What do you think of this timeline? Do you approve? Or are you more interested in seeing Jason putting people in cuffs? (wink wink)

I think they had to do a one year later to resolve issues. This way Arlene’s baby wouldbe born, Bill would have resolve things with QSA and gets in some position of power, due to Eric not being able to do his job etc. Oh well, we will see.
