Ring*Con banner 2011SyFy Germany was on hand at this year’s RingCon, and scored some interviews with three handsome fellas from True Blood. The actors who play Sam Merlotte, Lafayette, and Godric each spoke candidly about the show and their respective characters.

True Blood’s Allan Hyde and Sam Trammell are Headed to RingCon

The Fantasy Convention Will Take Place October 14-16 in Bonn, Germany:

True Blood's Sam Trammell and Allan Hyde are headed to RingCon2011 is certainly turning out to be a great year for ‘True Bloodfans in Germany. Season one of our favorite vampire drama is set to debut on RTL II on March 16th and now RingCon has announced that Allan Hyde (Godric) and Sam Trammell (Sam Merlotte) will appear at the convention’s 10th annual meeting to be held at the Maritim Hotel in Bonn, Germany.

RingCon is Europe´s biggest fantasy convention and got its name from being an exclusive convention for ‘Lord of the Rings‘. Later RingCon was extended to a fantasy convention when it began to cover all fantasy related media and publications.

Three-day tickets are available for $125 dollars and three-day gold tickets for $416 dollars, which includes one autograph and photo presentation of all present special guests, a T-shirt, mug, lanyard and front row seats (as you can imagine, these gold tickets are very limited so act fast!). Daily tickets will be available approximately six weeks before the event.
