True Blood in the Emmy Campaign

HBO has sent to members of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences their Emmy campaign box, which includes two episodes from Alan Ball‘s hit HBO TV series True Blood: “Sparks Fly Out,” and “Plaisir d’Amour”).  The Emmy deadline to return nomination ballots is June 26, 2009, 5:00 PM and the nominees for the Emmy will be announced on July 16, 2009 at 5:35 AM.  Hopefully the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences will see that True Blood deserves to be nominated and to win an Emmy for is outstanding contribution to television.  Here is the HBO Campaign Box:
