Well True Blood fans, it is time once again to honor this amazing series!! True Blood has been nominated for the ACE Eddie Awards. True Blood’s Louise Innes has been nominated in the category “Best Edited One-Hour Series For Non-Commercial Television” for her work on Episode 6, “Hard-Hearted Hannah”. True Blood is up against two episodes from the Showtime series, “Dexter”. To fill you in on a little bit about this award. ACE stands for The American Cinema Editors. It is an honorary society of motion picture editors and it was established in 1950. Film editors are voted into the organization on the basis of their professional achievements, their dedication to teaching others, and their commitment to the art of editing. The ACE awards are scheduled to be presented February 14, 2010 at the Beverly Hilton. Hopefully it will be a victorious Valentine’s Day for our True Blood!

Congratulations to Louise and to True Blood for another nomination for the great work done on the show!
