Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Sam Trammell, Ryan Kwanten, Rutina Wesley, Alan Ball, Carrie Preston, Alexander Skarsgard, Deborah Ann Woll, Nelsan Ellis and the rest of the supporting cast appeared on the red carpet.
