  • Hi guys, here’s what the information i got from Foxtel Australia:

    Dear Anna

Thank you for your email to FOXTEL.

I appreciate the time you have taken to contact us regarding True Blood on Showcase. I have contacted the Showtime Movie Channels who advised True Blood season three will premier on 19 August 2010. I understand that season three is screening in the US at present, however Showcase is not able to show the program until the mentioned date due to contractual agreements.

    Yours sincerely

      Thanks Anna.

I will also email again as I need to tell them that there is more to TB than watching the show and that fans are on forums etc and that they are denying us extra fandom bonuses.

Also, if NZ can get it on 30 Jun, what is up with our side re the contractual agreeement?

Will let you know how I go.

I’m just so impressed with AB’s ability to deviate from the original TB book story and accomplish something that so thoroughly enhances the story line by taking us on a path that leads us somewhere else. This telling has a lot of twists and turns that you can only guess at because it is not entirely the same animal CH created. I am looking forward to the demise of RE who sorely deserves his comeuppance (of course, that’s only my biased human standards speaking).

Someone should have handed Tara a guidebook for turning vamps to dust. She had the tools to separate his head and body; lovely bedroom decor. I think Franklin will definitely be back and I think that Tara will somehow convince him that bashing his head in was “not entirely her fault” so that he doesn’t take her out or… maybe one of the other supes will get him and feast on his organs just in time. I can’t see those two making up and living happily ever after. Tara is too busy grieving for herself, looking for truth, justice and some silly notion of happiness and although she’s a tough guy, she’s also very frail and emotionally unarmed.
All of this points to the sometimes pointless notion of 2.5 child happy parent families as expected in the
good ol’ you es of ay! Hey, not for everybody!

And I happened to have enjoyed the melodrama between Bill and his maker Lorena. Makes for good campy stuff. The whole episode was a brain tickler. Can’t wait for Sookie’s true nature to be revealed. Seems sometimes you have to die to get there!

Agree with what you wrote, Feed. These episodes emotionally drain me – had a tension headache after last ep. Not capable of writing a dull recap, maybe later.

Scared what is to become of our Bill and Sookie.

      Thanks Adore Bill, for posting.
