As most True Blood fans know EyeCon is hosting the first ever True Blood Convention at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida from November 13 – 15, 2009. This will be a fabulous opportunity for True Blood fans to meet and mingle with Sam Trammell (Sam Merlotte), Nelsan Ellis (Lafayette), Allan Hyde (Godric), Ashley Jones (Daphne), and Todd Lowe (Terry Bellefleur).

The True Blood Convention will feature: celebrity autograph sessions, celebrity photo-op sessions, a celebrity banquet, a cocktail party with the stars, a Fangbanger’s Ball, panels, games, Guitar Hero, celebrity breakfast auctions, blood drives and so much more! First of all the contest ended 11/30 and I’m still getting this stuff in my email. Second,if all this is over Sandra Jackson’s question it’s crazy. I wouldn’t say I have the hots for or would like to hook up with any of them. Its just not me. I have met some extremely Hot actors and never wanted to hookup with them. Two reason good chance it would be a bad hook up. They are hot and famous as long as they have fun who cares about the girl. Second women are throwing them self’s at them who knows how many people they have been with or STD’s. I value my self to much for that. I know they are not all like that I just tell my self that to keep me out of trouble. On another note, I actually think all the characters/actors on True Blood are great. They bring the show to life. If I had to pick the one I admire the most it would be Eric (Alex) there is just something different about him that draws you in. I have watched Alex in other shows and films and he really does bring his characters to life. Sookie is my second favorite character she tries to be good but trouble just always finds her. This is just me speaking my mind please no one get offended. I just read someones comment and it got me thinking.

I would ask the cast as well as Alan which episode or particular scene they enjoyed filming most. I would also ask Alan why he decided to not stick to the same exact storyline as in the books and why he chose to further develop/involve certain characters (i.e. Jason, Lafayette, Maryann, etc.). These characters play much smaller roles in the books and he has transformed them into such wonderfully vital parts in the series.
