As for me, And this is just my personal opinion, I think that vampires are cool,However, I think that werewolves are that much Cooler! Vampires dont really change much,except for fangs and an inability to walk in the daylight. Werewolves have that whole “shapeshifting” thing going on..Which I think is far more mysterious and beguiling! Weres are wild,untamed and visceral creatures…1 advantage vamps may have over weres is,like Mr.Bowen stated,That they are able to maintain their wits and composure..can plan out every move and can back out if they feel threatened. Whereas Weres just trudge right on even if its not in their best interest Many are “sloppy” at best.
The way I see it, Vampires are liars! They lie and decieve to get blood and maybe sex from their victims…Weres may be more “honest” in that they do not need to lie they just take what they want! Its always pretty clear what a werewolf wants!

I agree Antonio, I think some who were undecided will side with Alcide and I think some who love both Bill and Eric, will side with Alicde. We’ll have to wait and see.

I must say I agree with Mr.Bowen’s assesment of Weres. However, Werewolves can be sexy to some also! The whole ideaology of one who throws caution to the wind,becomes totally uninhibited and cannot account for nor remember the previous night’s actions( sounds like a college frat party,huh? LOL) may prove for some to be most enticing! Vampires must always be so “careful” and meticulous about their feedings. With a Werewolf what you See is what you Get! Werewolves Do Not “glamor” nor mesmerize their victims to get what they want! With Vampires its Mostly about seduction With Weres its about command and brute strength which may be Why Males find Werewolves the more interesting species!
Now, With regards to sex appeal? I think that several of the Weres,Including Alcide, will Definitely give the vamp guys a run for their money!! Werewolves have brute strength and are very untamed,visceral creatures! It would be quite interesting to think that maybe 1 or 2 could kick some vampire butt!

If Weres and Vamps hate each other, as we’ve been given to understand in such films as Twilight, Then it may be quite interesting indeed to see Who will run that town!!
I’d say its a safe bet that by the end of S3 there will be Many gals who will be Team Alcide!

Joe is a good looking guy and no doubht, he’ll definitely give our vamps a run for their money, but my heart lies with a certain vamp. Can’t wait to see how this is played out and I can definitely see why Sookie would be attracked to Alcide. This is going to be a really good season.
