The Golden Globe nominations were announced in Los Angeles this morning. “True Blood” has been nominated for Best Television Drama. It will compete against Dexter, House, In Treatment, and Mad Men. Anna Paquin has also been nominated for Best Actress in a Television Drama Seriees for her work on “True Blood. She will have to compete against Sally Field, Brothers & Sisters, Mariska Hargitay, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, January Jones, Mad Men, and Kyra Sedgwick, The Closer.
