Rene is Arlene’s “Cajun” fiancé, who works on the road crew, and is friends with Jason and Sookie. He is discovered to actually be Drew Marshall, who is wanted for questioning in the murder of his sister Cindy.   Drew is killed by Sookie when he attempts to attack and murder her. Season 1 character
