Terry Bellefleur – (Todd Lowe)

Being an Iraqi war veteran, he suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), which makes him quirky and peculiar to the rest of the town.  Terry is a bartender at Merlottes and Andy Bellefleur cousin.
