Evan Rachel Wood to Star in Rocky Horror Show for Charity
Evan Rachel Wood, known to True Blood fans as Queen Sophie-Anne, will join a celebrity-filled cast for a one-time performance of The Rocky Horror Show.
The charity event will feature Wood alongside Billy Idol, Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison, Danny Devito, Ricki Lake and a few others all paying tribute to the cult classic. Kenny Ortega, the man behind the moves in High School Musical and Michael Jackson’s This Is It Tour, will choreograph the show with Lou Adler producing.
The show will benefit the Painted Turtle, a charity that aims to help children with chronic conditions and life-threatening diseases. The Painted Turtle was originally organized by the late Paul Newman. Guests will be invited to attend a costume ball along with the show.
The Rocky Horror Show will be on October 28th at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles.

Hi Adore Bill! Great to hear from you!
I am also a Billy Idol fan! Thanks for the clip and yes, I can see the resemblance!
If I had the leave and the money, I would love to see this production! Maybe after the Charity event, it may be open for the public! It is a bit cruel just to have it on for those who can afford the $1000.
Keeping fingers crossed!
