good point! if this is all a marketing ploy then we the fans have all been duped! Then again its damn good tv! where would we be without things like True Blood and Twilight to make us feel no so freakish to show us that even perfect people can harbor dark secrets!

Or it could just be more publicity hype for the finale. Its hard to tell with those hollywood types. I wonder just how bad they are hurting in the poles to have so much hype, the drink, the marriage with Anna and Stephen, and the countless twitters\blogs\websites about the show. Is it really this popular or………..is it all about marketing\selling?

According to new reports, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer no longer have the distinction of True Blood stars who get naked on and off set to themselves.
Evan Rachel Wood and Alexander Skarsgard are more than co-stars, if you believe the gossip queen known as Perez Hilton, who cites a “reliable” source.
His intel comes from the set of Straw Dogs, a movie being filmed right now in Shreveport, La., and which stars Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard.
The source claims that Evan Rachel Wood flew in Friday to be with Skarsgard, supposedly, and he was overheard talking about hanging out with her.
There are even pictures of the two allegedly together in Louisiana.

Supposedly, A-Skarz and ERW have been hooking up ever since they met on the set of True Blood, the HBO series gaining in popularity by the week.

AB is following the scope and sequence of the Sookie/Bill relationship. At the end of book 2, they are very much together … and happy. The problems in book 3 start about a month after the end of book 2.

The dance, to me, will be the last time the two may be a loving couple … sort of AB send-off.

Not a dream but a gift to the fans to celebrate the couple!

It’s nice to see some photos of the season 2 finale. I can’t wait to see it! Maryanne was a very wicked character and a character you love to hate(i guess every good series has at least one…like Ralph Cifaretto in the Sopranos) I cannot stand her and how the people turn goofy when she’s around…Weird!!
I think Tara is crazy! What makes here think she had any kind of chance getting Eggs away from Maryann!! I felt bad for Lafayette(1 of my Faves) the way he was treated or mistreated i should say.I guess i shouldnt be surprised that she got the best of him,too. I hope she doesn’t hurt Sam.I think he’s the nicest one there and he’s funny and compassionate,too. I still think he’d be good for Sookie…Bill is cool but he can be a hot head.
I’d like to see more of the Soookie-Bill-Eric triangle. BTW, a question… What the heck was that thing that attacked Sookie in the early part of the season??

Book three Club Dead is truely wonderful, Eric and Sookie are fantastic together, couple of great sexy scenes of them together, you don’t want them to end!!

When are we going to see them on screen properly. And yes Alcide is so sexy, please have Liev Schreiber play him!!!!!!

According to the link I just visited they are saying the dance is a dream sequence brought about by Eric to reveal the darker side of Bill. Now whether they have a scoop or are just speculating….only time will tell. The official quote they issued is as follow: Is this a projection of some kind from Eric’s mind to Sookie’s wherein he reveals the monster that Bill used to be? True Blood – NEW! E12 – Season Finale – “Beyond Here” Photos (SPOILERS!)But…looking at the photo over & over again I am leaning to those thoughts myself….

HBO still has not announced the release date for the season 2 DVD, however once we find out we will let everyone now. The same applies to the season 2 soundtrack. Hopefully we will not have to wait too long. 🙂

I stared and stared at the photo trying to see what both you, Janet and Elizabeth saw and what came through to me is either they are staring in eachother’s eyes and will be kissing momentarily, or its a dream. But they look as though they are looking deep into each others eyes.

I just wonder how this fits, becase Bill is holding Sookie around the waist when she is reaching out and through tears says she is so sorry, so if its not part of the plan that somehow involves letting Maryanne think Sam is her sacrifice I thought perhaps sadly they were going to show Bill and Sookie’s relationship’s first tear.

UGH! a whole week! This is going to be a long week, I simply am not a patient person. Then having to wait unitl next summer to see season three?! What will we do?

Does anyone know when Season 2 DVD will come out? And if they are going to release another soundtrack now that they have released the score cd? If you could post I will keep up on the comments after mine. BILL and SOOKIE 4 EVER!

I am looking forward to the finale on 9/13, even though the character of Maryann is coming to an end, I have thoroughly enjoyed the mischief and wickedness Michelle Forbes brought to this role/story. Season 2 would not have been the same without her! After all…Rome was not built in a day people.

I just read an article yesterday that the actor who plays Egg is gonna start his own TV series on ABC I believe. I wonder if he’s going to be killed off in the season finale? Right at the scene where Sookie says “I’m sorry” it sounded like someone’s gonna get offed.

Can’t wait for Season Three! Club Dead is one of my favorite books! Also because when it ends we have Dead to the World!
I just can’t wait to see who’s gonna play Alcide Herveaux!
Dang! I can’t believe things simply go back to normal! When will Sookie and Bill have a real crisis?
