Alexander Skarsgard and Sam Trammell attended the HBO Grey Gardens Los Angeles premiere on Thursday, April 16, 2009. Grey Gardens is a new HBO TV series starring Drew Barrymore, Jessica Lange, Jeanne Tripplehorn and Daniel Baldwin to name a few of the actors. Grey Gardens is based on the life stories of the eccentric aunt and first cousin of Jackie Onassis (both named Edith Bouvier Beale aka “Big and Little Edie”) raised as Park Avenue débutantes but who withdrew from New York society, taking shelter at their Long Island summer home, “Grey Gardens.” As their money and contact with people deteriorated so did their sense of reality and were reintroduced into the real world when international tabloids learned of a health department raid on their home, and Jackie Onassis came in to save her relatives . Grey Gardens premieres on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 8PM ET on HBO.
