I forgot about that the 10th book was all over the place. I was also really upset by what Alcide made Sookie do. It surprised me. He did say their both very different then they used to be. Sookie was more ruthless in this book. Alcide changed a lot since the third book. Also, I didn’t care for him much after the cage fighting incident. He used her there. Really, I don’t think there’s any chance of them ending up together in the books after that. As of now, I like Alcide and am a fan of Joe’s from when he played Owen on “One Tree Hill”. In the books, I do feel sorry for him because he never wanted to be a werewolf or packmaster. I’m still a loyal Eric fan.
Yes Caitlin, I agree. I like Joe as Alcide and I like the Alcide we are seeing now. I, too, am a loyal Eric fan. 🙂
Yes, she can have her daiances until she realises Billis for her. Remember, AB said he does not like to have his romantic couple happy until the end of the series. No choice. It will hapen.
Well here’s someone else I wouldn’t mind seeing Sookie give a chance to. Alcide seems like a sweetheart. Sookie really needs to date a few others so she can make an educated heartfelt decision. I personally can’t wait to see her experience it all.

I liked Alcide in the books. Also, I’m really liking him in the show. I think if it wasn’t for Debbie and the entire Packmaster ritual they could have been good together. Unfortunately, I feel it’s one of those relationship that’s the wrong time wrong place. I don’t know if they could ever make it work.
