True Blood Season 2: The Return

True Blood Season 2 returns tonight Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 9PM/ET on HBO.  True Blood fans have been waiting and craving for its return to once again savor every moment of Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer), Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard)  Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten), Sam Trammell (Sam Merlotte), Rutina Wesley (Tara Thornton) and Lafayette Reynold (Nelsan Ellis) just to name a few.  Prepare for a rollercoaster ride of twists and turns that will be having you sitting on the edge of your seat during the show and waiting with anticipation for the next episode.  So how are you preparing for the premiere?  Are you having a True Blood party with a group of your friends to watch the premiere or are you going to lock yourself in a room to make sure no one disturbs you so you can take in every moment and every word that is being said.  Let us know in the comment section.  We would love to know how how you are going to ring in Season 2 of True Blood.  One thing is certain, it is going to be one FANGTASTIC summer!  Enjoy the ride!

Yes Kasandra one of our editors who attended the Paleyfest did get Sam to sign something for her afterwards she did attend the Hallmark Hall of Fame reception for the premiere of Anna’s movie The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler where Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer and Sam Trammell where in attendance.

I am so glad everyone here is enjoying it as much as me. I am first of all a Bill lover so obviously very happy, but I am glad that you who are an Eric lover is still also happy with the outcome so far. I like Eric too, in fact all the characters are amazing, but we will see Eric really come out this season and oh what fun it will be. Eric is awesome in his casual badness. Sooooo much fun in store. More, More, More!!!!!!!!

Bill and Sookie HOT,Jessica HILARIOUS ,Jason CLUELESS with a Cause,
and Eric the King of multitasking Highlights while ripping someone apart and YES Lafayette is back I LOVE Lafayette, Nelson Ellis is so great and he has brought a great amount of drama and comedic timing ,Him and Eric playing off each other once the relationship is established…. A room wit Eric ,Pam ,Lafayette the sarcasm and fun will be off the charts I will have to get my degree in dryness and sarcasm to keep up!!!!

I agree, its fun to see how all are celebrating this long awaited season opener. I have watched it 3 times and will watch it again with others. I can’t get enough. It always ends too quickly. I am so glad they did not kill Lafayette. I sadly though that it was for sure. Lafayette is wonderful character, so amazingly played, and so much fun to watch. I like seeing Sam’s past and look forward to more. And wow, a really dark side to Eric, but we kind of knew that. OK lets get down to business, Bill and Sookie, how hot are they? Can you say Bill, sexgod? They are so great together. Sorry Eric lovers, although I am sure that we will see Eric play a big roll, as the series continues, to get in between Biil and Sookie.
Spread the word TB lovers. I have turned so many on to this show. I want to see Emmy (as well as other awards) nods here. The more people who know and watch the show will hopefully help acccomplish this. Can’t wait for episode 2.

We were so excited about this day and it is finally here! I have now watched it 3 times! (and will watch it many more times I am sure!)The first 2 times with our local True Blood posse (most of us attended PaleyFest together and have been literally counting the days ever since seeing the teaser for Season 2!). WOW! Talk about some shockers…I loved every single minute of it…and it was so much fun sharing it with a bunch of people who love it as much (maybe!) as I do. How will I ever survive waiting an entire week for Episode 2??? (grin)…xoxoxCheri

LOVE EVERYONE’S RESPONSES!!! Whether celebrating with a group of friends or settling down alone on a cozy couch this season of True Blood is NOT going to disappoint us at all. you see, i’m a bit on the late side.. was in paris when the first season aired. for some reason, i thought for the longest time the show was about prisons or something. anyway, tonight i’ll be finishing up the first season marathon style so i can STC the premiere then start a ritual next sunday! how complicated is that?

Finally! I’ll be watching all alone. After the kids are in bed and I am going to make some coffee and just enjoy! ACK! Can hardly wait! I don’t know which was worse…waiting for Dead and Gone to come out or for this new season of TB!

My friend agather our friends and have a Cajun barbeque with jumbalaya I make lousiana marinated chicken and lots more food. The hostess is even making a RIP cake for the person in Andy’s car (in the book). We eat, laugh, talk about the show and then gather to watch it. We have done this since the first episode, and will continue to do so.

Why, I’m making Tru:Blood, of course! And I’ll be enjoying it with my friends in my house I’ve named “Fangtasia FL”, surrounded by my True Blood posters, my home made Fangtasia sign and my SVS books (including several of the short story compilations). Oh, and of course the scads of other Vampire themed items I have decorating my home ^_^

Oh, and if anyone still needs the label file, I’ll be home all day ^_^
