Season 4 Spoilers: 2 More New Characters Cast!

Queen Mab

Rebecca WisockyRebecca Wisocky has been cast as Queen Mab, the quick tempered ruler of a fantasy land.  The speculation is that this fantasy land is the land of the fae where Sookie presumably went at the end of Season 3.  Wisocky has been seen on HBO‘s Big Love, as well as The Mentalist and CSI and the role will be recurring.

Timbo

Dane DeHaanDane DeHaan has been cast as Timbo, a teenager who will be cared for by Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten).  Presumably Timbo is a kid from Hotshot and he set to be in the season premiere.  Fans of HBO’s In Treatmentwill recognize DeHaan who currently plays Jessie on the show.

So what do you think of these new casting choices?  Are you excited to see these new characters?  Let us know what you think!

I guess they’re expanding on the books, Fae Land now has a queen. In the books, Sookie’s great grandfather was ruler of fae land. I sincerely hope they add Niall into the mix. Just wouldn’t be the same without him.

    Hi jaxx,

I hope they add in Nial to. All though, I have some issues with Nial beause he thinks he knows what is best for Sookie but ends up causing her more problems. I just hope the fairy storyline doesn’t get to ridiculous. The fairy storyline was fine in the books but I don’t want it taking up the entire story like that whole Maryann storyline.

They aren’t in the book right?

Sounds interesting, but to be honest this whole Sookie fae/fairy thing just really soured the season for me last year. It was great in all parts but those. I have read all the books and though I know there is a very big distinction between the two I just was expecting more and ended up getting a weird mix of giggles and frustration with that whole story line. Either way, I cannot wait for the new season!
