And as a reward for your patience, following the Season Three finale you can join Joe and Kristen at BloodCopy for a live chat, where they will answer “all of your burning questions.” There just might even be some spoilers and inside information about Season Four!

The video clip is short, but worth the just under thirty seconds it takes to watch it. Not only do you get to see Joe, but he delivers the best line about Eric Northman‘s (Alexander Skarsgard) possible demise, “…will your maker even make it?” Let’s all hope so!

Independence Day For Vampires?

bloodcopysenrptSince the weekend is a celebration of our Independence, Blood Copy printed a relevant article to the still narrow minded individuals who want to enact clearly unconstitutional laws against the life disabled vampire Americans.  That’s right folks AMERICANS you heard me. State Senator Adams’ Prop 188 bill would force vampires to register their blood. Blood Copy’s report states “Prop 188 would require vampires to register their blood with the state and face criminal repercussions if their blood is sold (even if it’s stolen by drainers, for example).”  What kind of narrow-minded, backwoods, ignorant, individuals run this country?  I need to stop editorializing and let you view State Senator Adams rant for yourself.

The Senator’s video is below along with the link for the Blood Copy report.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Look At the Social Impact of Vampires

83796171Looking at Vampire Andrew‘s Blood Copy blog he examines the social impact that vampires have made in human society.  One of the biggest areas is the increase in female fangbangers who proudly talk about there experiences and bite marks via webcams over the internet.  Young women across the country have increasingly turned to the internet to showcase their markings and spout the virtues of “being” with a vampire.  Well at least they have good taste.  Oh bad joke.

Perhaps the biggest impact that vampires have made to society is the inclusion of new words in everyday language.  Think about it a few years ago no one would nave known what was a fangbanger, bloodhead, TruBlood or V was until now.  Now these words are part of our everyday language and mentioned in the media on a daily basis.  Well if you want a more in-depth look at these fangbanger girls or a refresher course on vampire terminology check out the Blood Copy blog to get all the information.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Party Report

blood-copy-party-picVampire Andrew and his Blood Copy Team threw their party on the rooftop of Gawker Media with both vampire and humans in attendance to celebrate the premiere of Blood Copy on Thursday, May 28, 2009.

It seem the party had all the elements that a vampire would need in order to really enjoy the party, TruBlood Marys and several cocktails:  Sookie (Stackhouse Lemonade), Bill (the Compton Cocktail), The Bayou (Bayou Blast), music and mist covering the rooftops of many of the surrounding buildings to create the atmosphere of a Louisiana night in the middle of New York City.

Vampire Andrew and the rest of the partygoers engaged in various conversations ranging with some people frustrated with the sudden surge in vampire interest from the Twilight series, calling it “the Hello Kitty of vampires.” to others touting the exclusiveness of the event saying, “Vampires are more elitist than the VIP section of Marquee.”    It seems Vampire Andrew got too wrapped up in the event that he lost his messenger bad or did he.  You can see in the photo gallery there are a couple of strange individuals and one in particular is the female who always seems to appear in some photos looking very mysterious.  Anyways the party turned out to be a success and you can see for yourself the fun everyone had at the Blood Copy Party.

True Blood Season 2: A Blood Copy Way to Unwind

blood-copy-vampires-zombiesI don’t know about you but lately I have been finding the weekends to be so hectic running around trying to do everything that I think I might try Vampire Andrew and his Blood Copy team’s suggestions as a way to unwind. I usually can’t sit down and read a book on the weekend when I have so much to do but I think I’ll try to force myself to sit down and read the one that Blood Copy suggested: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Now I have heard of the book but had no idea what it was about until I read the Blood Copy review of it. As Blood Copy states the story is about zombies that are called “unmentionables” who co-exist with humans like vampires do. Sounds good so far. As Blood Copy states:

“The zombies are trapped in horror-movie lore, stalking and feasting upon unsuspecting humans, their shredded finery trailing in the soft earth behind them. Vampires hold jobs, play video games, play sports, have human friends and significant others. They don’t eat brains. Let us repeat: Vampires do not eat brains.”

Well of course they don’t eat brains they drink TruBlood. Geesh everybody knows that but the fact that zombies are fake and vampires are real doesn’t have to beaten over our heads.  We know that already.  Sounds like a good book to start off with but I am really looking forward to reading “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” since it seems to be getting good reviews.

200376474-001

I think I’ll sit back on my lounge tonight and try reading the book with a glass Louisiana Queen. You never heard of it.  Well to tell you the truth I never have too but I saw the recipe on the Blood Copy blog and I thought I’ll try it out this weekend. Its made out of TruBlood and although I have never tried it on Blood Copy it says it is best to start off with a TruBlood cocktail before trying it straight otherwise it may make you feel queasy. No, I don’t want that I want to unwind this weekend not be in bed sick. Though I wondered about some of side effects such as drawing the attention of vampires. I think I can deal with that.

I just hope I don’t fall asleep on the lounge after an hour of reading the book and drinking my Louisiana Queen. However there are worse ways to spend a weekend evening.   Just recently I was watching TV and as I flipped the channel I saw the most ridiculous thing I have scene in years. A grown man wearing a vampire costume with the cape and fangs and the whole bit. I mean how insensitive can you be. I think Vampire Andrew and I, we must have been watching the same show because he mentioned on his Blood Copy blog he was watching the Baton Rouge Bloodsuckers ( it’s a soccer team that is doing very well in the league) when he saw the mascot for the team: a vampire in stereotypical gear. I mean in this day in age it is unacceptable for such things to occur. Just like Vampire Andrew said vampires are not mascots for America’s fun and games.

blood-copy-vampire-mascot

Well I think I’m set for a relaxing weekend. Now if I can do something about my cellphone I just hate my ringtone and need to find something different. Maybe over the weekend I’ll find something.  Till then have a fangtastic weekend.  OK bad joke.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Contest

blood-copy-contestThe Blood Copy Team is running a new promotion on their website where one lucky readers can win a “blood-red iPod nano” if you can guess from six photos which one is the vampire.  Just leave a comment and your guess as to who do you think is the vampire at their e-mail address.  So do you think you can spot a vampire from a mile away (well it would be night time so maybe a few feet away).   Are you going to go with the stereotypical idea of what a vampire looks like or use some other method to make your guess. Just remember vampires have been around for centuries and it is only recently that they revealed themselves to us.  Up to that point in time you could have been rubbing shoulders with a vampire and never knew it. So don’t be too quick to judge and it goes to show that you have to change the way you think otherwise you might end up saying something offensive to a vampire and may not know it or live to tell about it.  Check out the Blood Copy contest

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Warns About V

blood-copy-say-no-to-vVampire Andrew mentions on his Blood Copy blog that he was watching his favorite show “Real Nest” a sort of vampire version of “Real World” when he saw a public announcement ad against using V.  The video feature a real bloodhead who is hooked on V and the horrible side effects from it.  V is very powerful stuff that can make you addicted to it just after one try so it is best not to try it.  As Vampire Andrew says vampire blood should stay in their bodies and not be taken by humans but realizes the contradiction of this statement since vampires drink human blood, well not anymore.  Go over to his Blood Copy blog and watch the video and see the horrible effect of becoming a bloodhead.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Deals with Daytime Challenges

e00010233Vampire Andrew mentions on his new Blood Copy blog that one of the benefits since becoming of being a vampire is he can continue staying up all night since he has always classified himself as a night owl and sleeping all day.  The only problem is this can pose a difficult problem when running a blog and a large number of your readers check out the site during the day.  So Vampire Andrew has to find a way to keep it running during the day now that he is working in association with Gawker Media.  So after an extensive searching  and interviewing he has found five people who will be part of the Blood Copy Team who will be writing during daylight hours for the Blood Copy blog.

Like many blogs that deal with posting news and interesting articles Vampire Andrew would like to hear from you  if you have any vampire stories to tell.  Whether it is a vampire who is having a hard time finding the right human to date or a human who wants to find a vampire to love.  Let him know about it.  So go over to his Blood Copy blog and learn more about his new Blood Copy team.

True Blood Season 2: Vampire Comic on Blood Copy

blood-copy-vampire-comicVampire Andrew’s Blood Copy blog takes a look at vampires going into a line of work that most may think vampires cannot do:  comedy acts.  Yes you did hear me right.  A vampire performing stand up comedy.  Now before the Great Revelation how do you know if your favorite comedian wasn’t a vampire.  They could have been around for ages and we never knew that they really were vampires so it should not be too much of a surprise.  That being said heckling a vampire comedian may not be the best idea no matter how bad he may suck (no pun intended). Now most can handle an heckler but there are nights when one can get under their skin just like it can happen with a human comedian.  The only difference is heckling a vampire comedian when he is in a bad mood and on a night when he/she will not put up with it can be very unpleasant.

In one particular case that Vampire Andrew posted on his Blood Copy blog a human decides to give a vampire comedian a hard time heckling him to the point that the vampire is so visible upset that he is trying to control himself from leaping off the stage and draining the heckler.  Yet this human decides to have even more fun with this vampire by videotaping his outbursts and threats and posting it on YouTube.  Not smart.  If I was that human I would make sure I would lock myself in my home just before sunset otherwise I may not see the sunrise again.  Go over and watch the video on Vampire Andrew‘s Blood Copy blog and comment whether the vampire was overreacting or was the heckler right.  Just be careful with what you say because you never know if that vampire is reading your comment and does not take to kindly to what you have to say about is act.

True Blood Season 2: BloodCopy Fangs Up with Gawker

blood-copy-gawkerVampire Andrew is posting his first Blood Copy blog in association with Gawker Media to spread the word that vampires are everywhere and are slowly coming out of the coffin.  To the usual readers of the Gawker Media outlet, Vampire Andrew explains to them in his first post the vampire culture and not to fear them.  Well with the development of the synthetic blood and bottled TruBlood available everywhere from delis to barrooms across the country vampires no longer need to hunt humans.  In fact Vampire Andrew emphasizes that humans and vampires can co-exist and have meaningful relationship as inter-being dating sites are popping up everywhere to meet the demands.

Vampire Andrew explains what was the purpose of his blog from the very beginning. To separate the myths from the facts about vampires and it seems people are listening.  Before Vampire Andrew was turned the purpose of the Blood Copy blog was to investigate the usual messages and events that were appearing across the country a while back.  Now with vampires becoming part of the mainstream society and Vampire Andrew now a vampire himself the purpose of the Blood Copy blog is to teach humans about vampires so both can co-exist in harmony.

So now with his Blood Copy blog getting more attention Gawker Media saw the opportunity to take Blood Copy under its wing and to take Vampire Andrew’s message to a higher level.  Blood Copy is now part of a bigger media site and will be able to spread the word about the world of vampires which includes fangbangers, bloodheads, shape-shifters and even have some celebrity vampire gossip as well.

Therefore Vampire Andrew welcomes all old and new readers of his blog to enjoy his findings, commentaries and insights into the world of vampires presented to you by a vampire.

So go over to his new designed Blood Copy blog and congratulation him on his expansion as some commenters seem to have expressed their distaste for a vampire blog and do not seem to understand his purpose.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Goes Big

bcgawkerWow Vampire Andrew is hitting the big times with his Blood Copy blog.  Blood Copy has been picked by Gawker Media that runs several websites including Gawker, Jezebel and io9 just to name a few (I’ll let Vampire Andrew do the honors and tell you himself the roster of websites that his blog is now going to be associated with).  So it look like his Blood Copy blog is going to get really dolled up, oops wrong word I mean vamped up with this big media site handling it.  Vampire Andrew says he will be bringing to us information that we could never have dreamed of before and some of it may be disturbing.  I hope for both Vampire Andrew and Gawker’s sake that they will be able to work with each other and try not to control one another.  Otherwise one of these two will end up being a pain in the neck and getting one if you know what I mean.  So congratulations Vampire Andrew on your Blood Copy blog getting picked up by a big media site.  Hope it “turns” out for the better.  Get it, “turns’ out for the better.  Ok I’ll stop now.  Check out his Blood Copy site because every vampire likes to have his fangs stroked.

True Blood Season 2: Some Vampires Not Ready to Come Out

bccoffinVampire Andrew takes a looks on his Blood Copy blog the hesitation that many vampires have about “coming out of the coffin” to mainstream.   Many fear that once humans know that they are vampires they fear that their existence may be put into jeopardy.  Really if someone wants to take a vampire out all they have to do is wait until daylight and drive a stake through them.  No wonder they are nervous to let human know too much about them.

Vampire Andrew states that the many who have let themselves be known and live among humans as every night citizens should be admired.  For as Vampire Andrew says there are many who live and work with human and keep their true identity covered.  Vampires by nature don’t like to share their secrets with outsiders but since humans are willing to make strides in the area of acceptance, vampires are too trying to do the same.  As Vampire Andrew says it will take time and eventually humans will know that they will need to know.  However this makes me wonder what is Vampire Andrew talking about.  What is it that vampires know that we humans don’t?  Why does everything with vampires have too be so “cloak and dagger” like?  Perhaps we will find out soon enough, but in the meantime express your views on Vampire Andrew’s Blood Copy blog and let him really know how would you react if you found out that your neighbor or favorite celebrity was a vampire.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Looks at the Dark Side

bchumanVampire Andrew presents on his Blood Copy blog a disturbing video that looks at the dark side of the vampire world that some wish to engage in: the enslaving of humans as pets to serve vampires.  Not only is it disturbing to see on the video a vampire “purchasing” humans to become his slaves to do with them as he pleases but also seeing humans who engage in the act of capturing and forcing other humans into slavery.  As Vampire Andrew states there are enough fangbangers out there to satisfy the needs of vampires that this type of behavior is unnecessary.  It seems that both these humans and vampires who engage in this activity simple choose to follow a dark path in their existence and such behavior cannot be tolerated.  It is good to see that Vampire Andrew has not chosen the dark path and still maintains a little bit of humanity in him still.  Check out the disturbing video on Vampire Andrew’s Blood Copy blog and see if you recognize any of the perpetrators to bring them to justice.

True Blood Season 2: Blood Copy Want To Know What’s Your Opinion

bcvampVampire Andrew is posing an interesting question on his Blood Copy blog and I know he really wants to hear your honest answers.  With all the media hype since the emergence of vampires there still exists two camps it seems: those for and those against.  The ones in the pro camp seem to understand that vampires just want to be accepted by society and be allowed to have the same rights and freedoms as humans  to go about their every night “undead” existence.  Then there are those on the con side that believe that vampires are an abomination that should be removed from the earth and should meet their final death.  So now Vampire Andrew wants you to think about his question:  What do you think when you hear the word vampire? Does your mind wander to the negative aspects that have been brainwashed into your brain by years of bad horror films or do you find yourself on the pro side and see them as no different from yourself except that they can only come out at night and tend to be a little stronger, faster and drink only blood.  Vampire Andrew wants the stereotyping of vampires to cease and for more people to join the pro side and to see them for what they really are: equals. Post you thoughts on Vampire Andrew’s Blood Copy blog now.
